Mental performance for competitive athletes

Train your mind, elevate your game.

One-on-one mental performance sessions with a Stanford lacrosse player and psychology major. Designed for athletes to build confidence, focus and composure for moments that matter.

Develop skills you can rely on during:
games, tournaments, camps, and recruiting seasons.

How do sessions work?

Practical mental skills tailored to your performance goals.

I structure sessions around the athlete's voice. Athletes can bring nerves before tryouts, frustration after mistakes, confidence dips, team role changes, pressure from expectations, recruiting questions, or a goal of feeling steadier when the game speeds up.

From there, I help translate the conversation into practical mental tools the athlete can practice right away: reset cues, self-talk, routines, reflection prompts, and ways to stay present in competition.
